Jacquelyn brings 10 years of experience teaching and practicing yoga asana and lifestyle, She is also an experienced fitness and movement specialist and nutrition coach. She pulls from the most modern evidence based approaches and ancient practice and intuition. She helps clients reconnect to holistic health, and joyous and easeful movement. She teaches her clients sustainable daily practices that use evidence based lifestyle change that may include the eight limbs of yoga, physical exercise and mobility training, meditation and breathwork, visioning and goal setting, herbs and nutritional guidance, and connecting clients with more specialized support to promote all around wellness.
